Take some time this late winter and early spring to go to some local events. Near our Rockburn Meadows community, Historic Ellicott City has plenty of events to get through this winter chill. From paint night to haunted teas, Ellicott City has fun for everyone. Check out our top events to go this February and March.

Stoop Talk Open Mic Night

This Valentine’s Day visit The Judges Bench and go to their open mic night. Take part by telling your story or relax and enjoy the laughs. This cozy bar is great for a fun night on the town with your loved one. Grab a few and have a great Valentine’s Day.

Angels for Australia

Go to Gloss Hair Studio and take part in their fundraiser for the wildfires in Australia. Donate $10 or more to get a mask and blow-dry. Not only will you be pampering yourself but you’ll also be donating to a good cause. All donations will be going to the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA).

Second Annual Galentines Gala

Spend some time with your gal pals this #GalentinesDay! Bring your friends and head to Reclaimed by You. You can make a sign, make a picture frame, and have a great time with your gal pals. BYOB and snacks to have some extra fun with each other.

Paint Your Pet’s Portrait

Paint your pet at Clipper’s Canine Cafe! Show extra love to your pet by surprising them with a portrait of themselves. With the help of pet portrait artist, Sherry Kendall, you can paint a pre-sketched painting of your pet. There will also be a selection of wine provided by Wine Bin.

Boogaloo at the Bin

Let the good times roll at the Wine Bin. Dance and have a good time with Mardi Gras Merriment. There will be live music, craft brews, oysters and so much more.

Chili Cook-Off

Do you love chili as much as we do? Show off your cooking skills by bringing some of your best chili to Ellicott Mills Brewing Company. There will be drink specials and fun for all.

Spring Equinox Haunted Tea and Tarot

Visit Old Mill Cafe and learn about local ghost stories over some tea and pastries. You can also get a tarot card reading.
