TLV Tree Farm

The TLV Tree Farmis a 100 year old family-owned farm in Howard County. A farm that once sold dairy and vegetables now specializes in farmers markets, pumpkin patches and planting Christmas trees.

Just over a 20 minute drive from our communities in Elkridge from 9am to 5pm you can shop for a variety of trees including:Douglas Fir,White Pine,Blue Spruce,Cannan Fir,Balsam FirandFraser Fir.

The farm is hosting a Santa’s workshop the Friday after Thanksgiving, Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4pm. It’s a perfect chance to get some pictures with Santa! 

The Payne Christmas Trees and Holiday Market

Another family owned business,Payne Christmas Trees, opened a location in Elkridge, MD in 2018. 

After picking your Christmas tree you can shop in their holiday market and roast marshmallows by the fire. It’s a fun day to spend with family and less than 20 minutes from ourBaughan Estatescommunity in Elkridge.
