What’s better than cozying up and binge watching your favorite tv show? There’s a lot to look forward to this fall, here are a few of the most popular shows coming this fall 2022. 

Abbott Elementary

Abbott Elementary, starring Quinta Brunson, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Tyler Williams and Janelle James is a new ‘mockumentary’ sitcom television series that has grown increasingly popular over the last year. The show stars Quinta Brunson, a second grade teacher at a fictional Philadelphia school and her hilarious colleagues. 

Abbott Elementary has been renewed for season 2, premiering September 21st, 2022.  The show has been nominated for multiple Emmy awards for outstanding comedy and is available on Hulu and HBO Max. 

The Crown

The Crown is a historical drama series about the reign of Queen Elizabeth II. The show premiered in November of 2016 and has just been renewed for season 5 premiers in November 2022. The show stars Claire Foy as Queen Elizabeth II and Matt Smith as Prince Phillip.

The Crown has been nominated for many awards including multiple Emmy nominations, TCA awards and Critics Choice awards and is available to watch on Netflix. 

Manifest

Manifest is a supernatural drama that premiered September 24, 2018 on NBC. The suspense filled show stars Melissa Roxburgh, Josh Dallas, J.R. Ramirez and Parveen Kaur. The show depicts passengers of a commercial airline who suddenly reappear after being presumed dead for five and a half years. 

The show is set to premiere its fourth season on November 4th, 2022. Available to stream on Netflix. 

Ted Lasso

Ted Lasso is a sports comedy series starring Jason Sudeikis, Hannah Waddingham, and Brett Goldstein about an American soccer coach (Jason Sudeikis) hired to coach an English soccer team. The comedy series has been nominated for Emmy awards and Golden Globe awards for outstanding acting and comedy. 

The show premiered in August 2020 and there is talk of the third season being released in December 2022 or early 2023, the show is currently available to stream on Apple TV+. 

All American

All American is a sports drama series that premiered in October 2018 starring Daniel Ezra, Samantha Logan and Taye Diggs. The series is loosely based on the life of professional football player Spencer Paysinger. 

The show has been nominated for multiple outstanding awards and is set to premiere its fourth season in October 2022.
