The Ellicott City Volunteer Fire Department’s Annual Holiday Train Garden has been a treasured Howard County tradition for years! Every December a group of volunteers from all over Howard County comes together to create the extensive Train Garden at Station 2. The members of this group take great pride in making this one of a kind train model. Minutes away from ourRockburn Estatescommunity, the 21st Annual Train Garden and will be open from December 1, 2018, through January 1, 2019.
Another Howard County holiday tradition, the Symphony of Lights at Merriweather Park at Symphony Woods is expected to be the must-attend event of the season. Less than a twenty-minute drive from ourSpring Valley Estatescommunity in Marriottsville, this family-oriented spectacular is a dazzling display of more than 100 larger-than-life animated and stationary holiday light creations, made up of approximately 300,000 bulbs. Until December 30th, visitors can drive through the parks dazzling light display or take the family on a pleasant stroll during the Festive Family Walk on December 2nd!
Calling all Dorsey Family pet lovers! Don’t miss the opportunity to have your pet’s picture taken with Santa! After all, our Dorsey Family Home pets are apart of the family too! From now until December 17th, pet parents can head to Santa’s Workshop at the Mall in Columbia to capture a special moment with your dog or cat to cherish for years to come.
