What are the trends you are seeing now?
Despite what is going on as it relates to COVID19, the housing market is still very strong, and there is still demand for homes. This demand is very strong and can be seen very much so in the new construction space.

This is really about a two-way conversation during which we really strive to better understand what is best for the client. What strategy and product will help put the client in the most advantageous financial position moving.
What is the question you get asked most?
Most people will ask what your rate is, however that is not the best question to be asking as rate isn’t always the best way to look at things. What is better to ask, is what is the best structure for financing that will allow myself and my family to be placed in the best economic situation. We like to look at our borrowers’ full financial picture to make educated recommendations to put people in the best position to succeed financially.
Any misconceptions you get with loans?
People still believe that you need to put 20% down to purchase or build a home. There are still great financing options with low down payments that can allow you to purchase while rates are low.
